Stand Up Paddle Boarding Shellharbour offers all levels of instruction; from a beginner through to an advanced paddle boarder.

We teach & coach paddling technique so you can become a better paddler.

We offer flat water enclosed locations, exposed waters & surf SUP. 

We also offer SUP Fit - Personal Training on paddle boards & SUP Yoga with Sound Bath meditation.

We are a mobile SUP school, mainly based at Lake Illawarra (on the southeastern side of Windang Bridge). We have 5 permittable locations within Shellharbour which may be used depending on weather and suitability. We also operate at Trevethan Reserve, Minnamurra River, and Belmore Basin, Wollongong. 

​We offer accessible locations with ramps for wheelchairs and can tailor private lessons/tours to suit guest needs.
