Stand Up Paddle Boarding Shellharbour offers all levels of instruction; from a beginner through to an advanced paddle boarder.

We teach & coach paddling technique so you can become a better paddler.

Our group lessons are very relaxed, on calm, flat water to ensure everyone has a great experience.

FAQs

Are you environmentally aware? Yes, we successfully completed the Strive for Sustainability Scorecard issued by Eco Tourism Australia. We also use B-corp products by Red Paddle Co. We prefer payment to be made with your booking. There are secure online payment options available. Options include PayPal, credit card and direct debit. If using a gift voucher, please enter the voucher number for redemption.

Can I bring my own SUP & paddle? Yes, we offer a $10 discount if using your own board & paddle. Please use promo code: "OWNSUP" when booking online.

Do you offer rentals? Yes, we offer supervised rentals where you are asked to paddle in a designated area on Lake Illawarra. Our policy is to have an accredited instructor on the shore or the water at all times to ensure safety. Please ring if you'd like to rent.

What do we wear? In summer, you will need swimwear, with optional shorts/rash vest (and don't forget the sunscreen!). In Winter, on colder days, & for our Night SUP sessions, a lightweight jacket may be required. Remember, if you don't fall in, you don't get wet - so you can wear anything really (though light-weight is best just in case you do!).

Yes, we would love to discuss your accessible needs in more detail so feel free to call Bec on 0427667938 so we can ensure you have the best paddle boarding experience! We have accommodated those with wheelchairs, CP, hearing & sight impairments, to name just a few. The business has completed ATEC's Accessible & Inclusive host program.
