Tell us who you are and what you run. We read every application and we’ll be in touch.
We welcome community clubs, solo hosts, guides and licensed tour operators alike. We do keep a standard, though: everyone goes live after a conversation with us, so we know the adventures on epyic are run with real skill and care.
Nothing. If your adventures are free you will never pay to list or take bookings on epyic. Free means free.
Yes. Accept bookings on epyic or send people straight to your own site to book there. You stay in control from first listing to getting paid.
We’re building epyic for and with the outdoor community, supporting the people who lead adventures and the adventurers who trust them. That means more value where it matters, with your needs front and centre. Everything we build is designed to help you do more of what you do best outside.
We keep things fair for Operators. Free adventures are always free, no fees to pay to us. If you take paid bookings on epyic, it’s a low per-ticket fee and no monthly fee. If you sell through your own site, it’s a flat monthly fee instead. Either way, you keep more of what you earn.
You decide how your adventures run. Set your own flow, choose how you take bookings, manage your guests your way, and stay in full control of how you get paid if you run paid bookings on epyic. From first listing to the day outside, you lead the experience. epyic supports you without getting in the way.

For Operators who want another way to sell. We market and sell your trips alongside your own channels, and only earn when we deliver.

Anyone who takes people outside with skill, care and intention. Hiking, surfing, diving, climbing, trail running, retreats, recovery and everything around them.
You don’t have to. We work with you, fit around how you take bookings today, and find the best way to grow them.
Usually within a week of our call. We build your listings with you and check them before they publish.
Very much so. Free community adventures are part of what makes epyic thrive. We recognise what you bring to the community. There is no cost to run your community with us, and we are here to support you with the tools you need to get more people outside.
