Itinerary

Delley’s Bridge Carpark: Your experience begins at twilight. Meet your professional guiding team to get personally fitted with premium climbing harnesses, helmets, and high-intensity headlamps. Before moving off, your guides will run through a comprehensive safety briefing

The Approach Walk: Embark on a short, scenic walk through the bushland. As the daytime wildlife settles, you will hear the landscape transition into its nocturnal state. Arriving at the clifftop, you are treated to sweeping views of the Gariwerd ranges standing silent against the twilight sky.

The Sunset Descent: Step up to the edge for your very first descent. Timed during last light or sunset, this initial abseil eases you into the vertical landscape, allowing you to watch the sunset paint the horizon as you lower yourself down the vertical sandstone wall.

Starlight Abseiling: Once complete darkness blankets the national park, the headlamps are switched on. Guided by the beam of your light and the steady instructions of your guides, you will experience multiple descents down the cliff face. With the ground obscured by the shadows, the focus shifts entirely to your immediate movement, creating a uniquely thrilling and meditative adventure.

Warm Down & Return: After your final descent, gather at the base of the cliff with your group. Relive the adrenaline of the evening under a magnificent star-filled sky over a warm, comforting cup of hot chocolate. We then make the short walk back to Delley's Bridge Carpark to conclude the journey.
