How to book an adventure on epyic, from picking your tickets to finding your booking in My tickets.
Every adventure on epyic is run by an Operator. How you get a spot depends on how that Operator takes bookings, and the adventure page tells you which kind it is.
On the adventure page, choose a day and a session, then set how many of each ticket you want. Pick the tickets that match who's coming. When you're ready, select Book.
If a ticket needs an access code from the Operator, enter it and select Unlock before you book.
If you're not signed in, epyic emails you a 6-digit code. There's no password to set up. New to epyic? We'll make you an account with that email, and your tickets land in it. Your spots stay selected while you sign in.
Check the date, time and tickets under Your order, and read the Cancellation policy for this adventure. First booking? Add your First name and Last name: it's the name the Operator looks for at the meeting point. Then:
Select Book 1 ticket (or however many you chose) to finish. On a paid adventure the button reads Continue to secure payment instead.
The price you see is the price you pay. epyic doesn't add a booking fee on top.
Free and paid adventures both book this way. On a paid adventure this step is headed Review and pay.
On a paid adventure, Continue to secure payment opens a payment screen. Select Pay now to pay the Operator through their payment provider. The name on your statement may differ from the trading name. You'll come straight back to epyic to finish. A free adventure skips this step, because there's nothing to pay.
You land on your booking. It shows Booked, your Booking ref (a short code you can read out at the meeting point), when and where, and a Ticket ID for each ticket.
We also email you a confirmation with everything you need for the day. Booking an adventure means you'll follow that Operator so you hear about their upcoming adventures. We tell you on the review step, before you book, and you can unfollow anytime.
Every booking you make is in My tickets, also in your account menu.
Thousands of adventures, run by Operators who know their patch.
