FNQ Revive and Thrive Retreat

When was the last time you felt truly content with your life? Are you ready to thrive?

If you’re tired of the survive-thrive burnout loop, join us for a rejuvenating experience in the tropics of Far North Queensland.

You can expect nature immersion, nourishing meals, and a balance of adventure and relaxation to refresh your mind, body, and soul. Hiking, gentle movement, aquatic activities, and positive psychology workshops will leave you feeling empowered to get back to life with renewed physical and emotional strength. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded people and bond over your shared experiences and stories – one of the most powerful things for our health.

Prepare to leave our retreat motivated, energised, and equipped with invaluable tools and practices to live your best life. We intentionally limit group sizes to foster connection, allowing everyone to forge meaningful bonds, share stories, offer support, and revel in laughter amidst the tropical paradise.

It’s time to reconnect with nature, detach from technology, and enhance your energy and vitality as you unwind and engage in introspection. Join us for an immersive wellness experience that promises to transform your life in unforgettable ways.

What others say

“Everybody needs to do something like this every year – or twice a year! I feel so good, like a new person again. The food, the people, the setting, just WOW! The hike we did in the rain on the first day was amazing, probably the highlight of the trip for me. Oh and the lighthouse hike, that was a challenge but it was worth the views when we got there” – Lucy Elouath
