This Grand Final Eve, State of Nirvana is bringing the Aufguss experience to Mills Beach in collaboration with one of Australia’s leading sauna masters, Amanda.
We begin with breathwork, then guide you through waves of steam using traditional fan techniques creating moments of connection, release, and a deep, euphoric calm.
Spots are limited. We can’t wait to see you there!
