About your guide Simon Jones PhD has 20 years of experience in outdoor recreation, education and mental health, and has led more than 100 outdoor programs across Victoria.
In 2021 he completed a PhD exploring the benefit of spirituality in nature for the mental health, wellbeing and recovery of people living with mental illness.
He created Nature Trax to connect people with nature for physical health, mental health, wellbeing and the social connections that happen outdoors.
