Sunday Williamstown Farmers’ Market, Waterfront Walk & Lunch

Join us for a relaxed Sunday outing in beautiful Williamstown.

We’ll meet at Williamstown Town Hall and walk together to the Williamstown Farmers’ Market, where you’ll have time to browse fresh local produce, baked treats, flowers, artisan products and other market goodies.

After the market, we’ll continue through Williamstown’s historic streets and enjoy an easy waterfront walk around Commonwealth Reserve, Gem Pier and the foreshore.

We’ll finish with a relaxed lunch together around Nelson Place.

The plan

10:00 am: Meet at Williamstown Town Hall 10:10 am: Walk together to the farmers’ market 10:20–11:30 am: Explore the market 11:30 am: Waterfront and heritage walk Approximately 1:00 pm: Lunch together in Williamstown

Meeting point

Meet in the forecourt outside Williamstown Town Hall, 104 Ferguson Street, Williamstown. There is parking at the front and rear of the Town Hall, as well as surrounding street parking. Please check the parking signs and allow enough time to park. Please arrive by 9:50 am so we can leave together at 10:00 am.

The walk

This will be an easy, relaxed walk through Williamstown’s heritage precinct and along the waterfront, with lovely views across Hobsons Bay. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring:

• Water
• Weather-appropriate clothing
• A reusable shopping bag
• An umbrella or raincoat, just in caseLunch and anything purchased at the market are at your own expense.
