Balnarring Beach - Cultural Public Guided Walk

Join Hudson for a guided walk at the stunning Balnarring Beach. Hudson will educate everyone in his easygoing manner on bush-tucker, medicines, share knowledge of Indigenous culture & this ancient landscape. 

This Bayside location offers a setting with easy walking tracks.

We follow Tullum Creek where you will learn about the freshwater aquatics of the ecosystem and area.

Notes:

• Meet at the Rotunda round building at Balnarring Beach (Balnarring Rd).
• Please wear closed toe walking shoes, sunscreen, dress for all weather & bring a bottle of water.
• All children under 16yrs must be accompanied an Adult
• Distance: Approximately 1.5 km

About our walks

On our guided walks, our aim is to empower, educate and engage all different folks from different backgrounds and ages and bring them in close contact to the land. On our walks we can show in a practical way, what the traditional people have known and used for everyday food, medicine and utensils from the bush, in an ancient time where no modern amenities were available. We explain and show the use of artefacts and different things that the land has to offer. We have been guiding our walks for groups of children and overseas visitors and it is great to see the look of amazement on their faces when learning about Indigenous Culture.
