Slow down, move, reflect and reset with an evening of journaling, connection and contrast therapy with Life Creators × AALTO & Tonic.
Take some time to fill your cup with this three-hour experience designed to help you slow down, move, reflect, connect, and reset.
We'll start outdoors with:
- Grounding + intention setting + sound healing
- Sunset walk by the beach
- Guided journaling + Reflection
- Group connection
Then, we head inside to Aalto & Tonic to enjoy:
- Infrared sauna + contrast therapy + an optional magnesium soak
- Journaling
- Refreshments
- Relaxed connection time
This event is all about checking in with yourself, understanding what you need, and choosing simple, realistic self-care actions to support you moving forward.
No experience needed—just come as you are!
What to bring: comfy clothes for movement, bathers, towel, water bottle, warm clothes for after, and your journal if you have one. Pens and paper will be provided if needed.
Afterwards, you’re welcome to join us for pizza nearby (optional, not included).
