Free Kite & Wing Lessons – St Kilda Wind & Water Festival

KR is offering FREE 60-minute Kiteboarding & Wingfoiling Lessons for beginners wanting to make a start in these great sports.

Event Schedule 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM – Free Beginner Kite & Wing Lessons

Enjoy FREE 60-minute small-group kite & wing lessons, with a maximum of 3 riders per instructor for loads of personal coaching and fast progression.

Kite lessons are a 60-minute pre-water session, designed to be hands-on, loads of fun, and give you the best possible start to the sport.

Wing lessons include a land-based component plus some on-water time, allowing you to put those early skills into action and build confidence fast.

Booking Free Lessons We’re offering FREE 60-minute progression lessons for kiteboarding, wingfoiling, and foildrive. To secure your spot and help us plan, a $10 booking deposit is required—this is not a fee. Your deposit will be 100% credited towards any lesson package you choose to purchase, making it a win-win: secure your spot now and apply it toward future lessons if you decide to continue.

1:30 – 2:15 PM – Safety Clinic with Chris Sal (IKO Examiner) A must-attend kite & wing safety clinic. Kiters: please bring your bar, lines, and harness. No booking required for this session.

2:30 – 4:00 PM – Progression Clinics Choose from four awesome clinics designed to help you step things up this year:

• Wing Foil Intermediate / Advanced Step-Up Clinic
