Join us for FIVE hours of creative and sensory activities designed to connect you to nature and enhance your health and wellbeing.

Laura Cox is a Lead Guide at Forest Therapy Victoria and a counsellor with MGA Counselling Services. She is a trauma informed counsellor, working with individuals of all ages to achieve a full and abundant life. With her outdoor adventure therapy background, Laura brings a unique and gentle approach to our forest therapy events.

This extended experience combines a gentle bushwalk through the towering eucalyptus trees and dense fern gullies, with a series for nature based wellbeing activities.

Join the FTV team to experience a deeper connection with nature and benefit from the health and wellbeing offerings that the bush provides.
