Drawing inspiration from the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), these guided Forest Therapy experiences combine evidence-informed practices with mindful nature connection to support wellbeing.
What to expect
No special fitness or experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
