This budget-friendly, one-day retreat is designed for women who want to get out of their comfort zone and experience surfing, yoga and community - all in one of the most beautiful coastal towns in NSW.

Join us in Bermagui, a hidden gem on the far South Coast, known for it's uncrowded beaches, laid-back atmosphere and stunning natural beauty.

Surfing

Perfect for beginners or first-timers. We find the best location on the day based on the conditions, so you're always getting the best possible waves for your skill level.

With a variety of local beach breaks, Bermagui offers something for everyone. You'll be guided by qualified instructors from Camel Rock Surf School in a supportive and fun environment.

Yoga

You'll enjoy a yoga session led by the wonderful Maree, combining restorative and active practices to support your body and mind.

Yoga prepares you physically for surfing and helps you connect more deeply with your breath and balance. Maree's nurturing style and much-loved local classes are sure to leave you feeling recharged and inspired.

Your day includes:

• A 2-hour surf lesson with Camel Rock Surf School
• One yoga session with Yoga with Maree
• A nourishing lunch catered by Eastwoods Bermagui
• Surfboards, wetsuits and yoga equipment provided (if needed)
• Beginners welcome - no surfing or yoga experience necessary!
